Meet The Team

With over 35 years of experience in Child Protection, Group Care and Reunification Programs, Sheena’s expertise is in assisting and supporting agencies strengthen their practice, improve and develop systems, prepare for Accreditation, and ensure your policies are reflected in everyday Service Delivery. Sheena is also an Independent Contractor with the Canadian Accreditation Council (CAC) which allows her to review human services agencies paperwork and onsite to ensure compliance with CAC standards and processes.

John comes with 35 years of experience in Supervisory and Program Management experience in Child Protection, Group Care and Reunification Programs, John’s expertise is supporting agencies in system and document development related to Employee File Management and Program Management systems and processes. John’s goal is to Coach, Mentor, Teach Agency staff in order to build capacity and sustainability by strengthen their practice, improve and develop systems, prepare for Accreditation, and ensure your policies are reflected in everyday Service Delivery.
